The Center for Womens
Health and Human Rights
has a strong vision of promoting
the health and human rights
of women and girls everywhere.
As a baby institutefounded
in 2003our vision
and energy drive our growth.
The Center for Womens Health and Human Rights is beginning to enhance teaching at Suffolk University in a number of ways.
ResearchInnovative, cross-disciplinary research will be a core activity of the Center for Women’s Health and Human Rights at Suffolk University. The Center will support, produce, and disseminate research that illuminates, informs, analyzes, and challenges. Research will be published in a Working Paper series and eventually in edited volumes. AdvocacyEvery aspect of the Center’s
work embraces advocacy of
women’s health and human
rights. Both the Advisory
Board and the Steering Committee
will be charged with ensuring
that the Center stays true
to its mission and goals
as advocates for the health
and human rights of women
and girls everywhere.
NetworkingNetworking is central to the Center’s mission and goals. Therefore the Center will provide ample opportunities for involvement. All events sponsored by the Center will be free and open to the public. Interested people may affiliate with, and participate in, the Center’s work in a number of ways. Get Involved The
