The
Roseland Children's Health
Center (CHC), located on
the campus of the Roseland
School, was established
in 1996. Its mission is
to provide accessible and
affordable pediatric primary
health care to low-income
children. As the only elementary
school-based health center
in Sonoma County, it has
been the medical home to
over 2400 children.
Health care services are
provided by an experienced
team of pediatricians, pediatric
nurse practitioners, registered
nurses, medical assistants,
and family advocates. Most
staff are bilingual in English
and Spanish, and all are
committed to providing high
quality, culturally sensitive,
family-friendly care.
The
CHC is administered by Sonoma
County People for Economic
Opportunity (SCPEO),
a non-profit community action
agency founded in 1968.
SCPEO's mission is to partner
with low-income families
to help them achieve economic
and social stability, to
build community, and to
advocate for social and
economic justice.
