It was after I got my BA studying printmaking, painting and bronze casting at UC Santa Cruz, that I found the medium that combined color, texture and form: ceramics.
This discovery led me to seek my BFA in ceramics at Alfred University, where I studied under Tony Hepburn, Wayne Higby, John Gill and Val Cushing. I then earned my MFA at CU Boulder, studying with Betty Woodman, Scott Chamberlin, Alec Karros and Liz Quackenbush.
After 10 years in Sonoma County, I am currently setting up a new studio in Bisbee Arizona. I look forward to creating new work in this new setting.
